Akitu Pinot Noir Blanc 2020 is the second vintage release of this incredibly complex, fruity and pure wine, produced in the heart of Central Otago's Clutha basin at 380 metres above sea level on a north-facing slope. The vineyard is entirely dedicated to Pinot Noir grapes making the aromas and flavours of the wine concentrated and focussed.

Although the wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir, the grapes undergo cold pressing immediately after picking which minimises both colour pick-up and phenolic extraction from the skins, hence why it is very light pink in colour. As the wine spends no time on the skins it is technically a white wine rather than a Rosé.
