Soils are mainly sandy or sandy loam, stemed from primary rocks or ancient alluvium. The vines were planted 40 to more than 80 years ago.Manual harvesting in small boxes. Maceration of the whole crop in concrete vats. No yeasting, no chaptalisation. No crushing. Brief fermentation. 11 months aging in 30hl foudres and a few half muids.
