La Cuvée has a light, floral and elegantly fruity style, which shows citrussy grapefruit and orange blossom notes, this is in part due to the very high percentage of Chardonnay in the blend. Recently reworked, with a slightly lower dosage, the blend is 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. About 30% of the blend is made up of reserve wines and the wine is aged for a minimum of four years prior to release.
